Refund Policy Overview

At EzzyPass, we understand that plans can change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and flexible, ensuring you can get your money back when circumstances are beyond your control.

This policy applies to all purchases made through the EzzyPass platform, including event tickets, hangout reservations, and any additional services.

Refund Categories

Event Tickets

  • 48+ hours before event: Full refund minus processing fees
  • 24-48 hours before: 75% refund
  • Less than 24 hours: 50% refund
  • Event cancelled: 100% refund

Hangout Reservations

  • 24+ hours before: Full refund minus processing fees
  • 6-24 hours before: 50% refund
  • Less than 6 hours: No refund (host compensation)
  • Host cancellation: 100% refund + credit

Premium Services

  • Subscription services: Cancel anytime, refund unused portion
  • Premium features: 7-day money-back guarantee
  • Add-on services: Varies by service provider
  • Gift purchases: Full refund if unused

Special Circumstances

  • Emergency situations: Case-by-case review
  • Technical issues: Full refund if our fault
  • Weather cancellations: 100% refund or reschedule
  • Health emergencies: Full refund with documentation

Travel-Related Cancellations

If you cannot attend due to travel restrictions, flight cancellations, or other travel-related issues, we offer enhanced flexibility:

  • • Option to transfer ticket to another person
  • • Credit toward future events valid for 12 months

Group Bookings

Special considerations apply to group bookings (5+ people):
